|Cornstarch||1 Tablespoon (Blended With 1 Tablespoon Cold Water)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Heat honey in a small, heavy saucepan over moderate heat.
Stir in cornstarch mixture and heat and stir until boiling; reduce heat and simmer 2-3 minutes.
Beat in butter and lemon juice.
