Beetroot with Sauce

This Beetroot with Sauce recipe is one of my grandmoms favorite dishes of all time! Well flavored with thyme and parsley, this is a great recipe to prepare. I am sure you will enjoy this.
|Bechamel sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) Cook the beetroots and peel and slice like thin chips.
2) Prepare the sauce adding in the chopped herbs.
3) Mix the beetroot chips into the sauce.
4) Turn onto a hot dish and sprinkle with extra chopped parsley.
5) Serve hot.
