Lemon Or Lime Sauce

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely grated lemon rind/Lime rind 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Mix cornstarch and sugar in a heavy saucepan, gradually add water and fruit juice, and heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 2-3 minutes, stirring now and then, Add butter and rind and stir until butter is melted and well blended.
Serve hot.
