Classic Cherry Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Cherry juice 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Red Colored)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Almond extract 2 Drop
Directions

Melt butter, blend in flour, add cherry juice and cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
Add lemon juice, sugar and almond extract.
Chill.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
