Apricot Or Peach Sauce

  Dried apricots 250 Milliliter
  Water 250 Milliliter
  Granulated sugar 30 Milliliter
  Cornstarch 5 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter
  Apple juice 60 Milliliter

In a sauce pan boil the apricots in the water for 5 minutes.
Transfer apricots to a food processor and puree.
Stir the sugar into the apricot water.
Mix the cornstarch with the lemon juice, add to the water and simmer until thick.
Pour over the apricots and blend.
Return to sauce pan and stir in the apple juice, heat but do not boil.
Use as required.
