Cauliflower With Rich White Sauce

Ingredients
  Cauliflower head 1
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Whole milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Onion juice 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Celery salt To Taste
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wash and boil cauliflower in small amount of water until tender.
Make white sauce as follows: Melt butter in double boiler and blend in flour.
Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until smooth and sauce thickens.
Add seasonings.
Pour sauce over cooked cauliflower and serve.
Note: This basic white sauce may be seasoned with any one of the optional ingredients.
