Ingredients
  Butter 125 Milliliter
  Dark brown sugar 500 Milliliter
  Whipping cream 125 Milliliter
  Lemon juice 15 Milliliter
  Chopped pecans 60 Milliliter
  Vanilla extract 5 Milliliter
Directions

Melt the butter in a double boiler.
Blend the sugar with the butter.
Whisk in the cream until it is well blended.
Stir in the lemon juice, cook for 45 minutes over simmering water.
Stir occasionally, Remove from heat, stir in the nuts and vanilla.
Use hot as required.
