Fluffy Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2 , beaten
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 3 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared horseradish 1 Tablespoon
Directions

To egg yolks, add sugar, mustard, vinegar, water, and salt; mix well.
Cook over hot, not boiling, water, stirring constantly, till thick, about 4 or 5 minutes.
Blend in butter and horseradish.
Cool thoroughly.
