ARTICHOKES WITH GREEN SAUCE

Ingredients
  Artichokes 2
  Asparagus tips 1
  Butter 10 Gram (As Required)
  Roasted potatoes 5 (As Required)
Directions

Prepare artichokes, and fry gently.
Heat asparagus tips.
Roast small potatoes a light brown.
Place potatoes in pile in centre of platter.
Cut artichokes in halves and place around potatoes, alternately tips dipped in butter.
Hand green sauce in sauce boat.
