Roast In Beer and Onion Sauce
|Boneless chuck roast||5 Pound (1 Piece)|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Beer||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato sauce||8 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Onion soup mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Pack)|
|Green pepper||1 Small, thinly sliced|
1.Take broccoli and chop its big leaves.
2.Cut the hard ends of bottom stems on broccoli and once done.
3.Cut the thicker stalks lengthwise.
4.Take the steaming racks and place the broccoli in it with stalks at the centre and steam the broccoli for 10- 15 minutes.
5.Once done, add salt and pepper to the broccoli.
6.Serve in a dish with garnishing of Pimiento strips.
