Tomato Barbecue Sauce Sweetened With Light Corn Syrup

Ingredients
  Corn oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Light corn syrup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Catsup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chilli sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a heavy saucepan, combine together all the ingredients.
2) Bring mixture to a boil and then cook over low flame for about 30 minutes to blend the flavors.

SERVING
3) Use hot for basting and before each using time, mix the sauce well.
