Ingredients
  Potato 100 Gram
  Baby corn 100 Gram
  Chopped ginger 10 Gram
  Chopped garlic 10 Gram
  Mustard paste 30 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Ajino-moto 3 Gram
  Sugar 4 Gram
  White vinegar 2 Milliliter
  Chili oil 3 Milliliter
  Sliced red chili 5 Gram
  Stock 100 Milliliter
  Oil 10 Milliliter
Directions

1. Blanch potato & baby corn, keep aside
2. Sautee ginger, garlic, fresh chilli, add stock
3. Add mustard sauce, adjust seasoning,
4. Add vegetable, add corn flour
5. Finish with vinegar & chilli oil
