  Mushroom 100 Gram
  Shitake mushroom 50 Gram
  Fungus black 50 Gram
  Ginger 15 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 3 Gram
  Ajino-moto 3 Gram
  Stock 200 Milliliter
  Wine 5 Milliliter
  Sesame oil 3 Milliliter
  Corn flour 20 Gram
  Oil 10 Milliliter
Directions

1. Sautee blanched mushroom with ginger in oil
2. Add stock, adjust seasoning
3. Add corn flour
4. Finish with wine & sesame oil
