Quick Mocha Sauce
|Semisweet chocolate bits||12 Ounce (2 Packages, 6 Ounce Each)|
|Strong hot black coffee||6 Tablespoon|
Puree chocolate bits, coffee, and vanilla in an electric blender at medium speed until chocolate melts and sauce is smooth.
Serve at once over vanilla ice cream or sliced pound cake.
This sauce can be stored, covered, in the refrigerator for several days.
If too thick, thin with 1-2 tablespoons boiling water.
