Coffee Chocolate Sauce
|Boiling water||250 Milliliter|
|Instant coffee crystals||10 Milliliter|
|Granulated sugar||30 Milliliter|
|Whipping cream||80 Milliliter|
|Chocolate chips||60 Gram|
Dissolve the coffee crystals in the boiling water.
Place in a double boiler.
Add the sugar and stir until dissolved.
Whip in the egg yolks one at a time.
Add the cream and cook 2 minutes.
Mix the cornstarch into the milk and add to the sauce along with the chocolate.
Gently cook until sauce thickens.
Remove from the heat.
Use as required.
