Halibut In Citrus Sauce

Ingredients
  Halibut fillets 2 Pound
  Minced cilantro 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Cumin 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Oranges 3 , juiced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
Place in glass baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and pour over fish.
Refrigerate one hour.
Bake in a 350° oven about 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
Baste often during cooking.
