Pit Barbecued Sauce

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Catsup 1 Pint
  Vinegar 1 Pint
  Tabasco 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire 6 Ounce (1 Small Bottle)
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 1⁄2 Clove (7.5 gm), finely chopped
  Salt 3 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Red chili To Taste
Directions

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.
Add more seasonings if desired.
This makes a lot and is a good barbeque sauce for all meats and chicken.
