Fluffy Brandy Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg 1 , separated
  Confectioner's sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), whipped
  Brandy 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat egg white until stiff; add sugar gradually, beating until stiff.
Beat in salt and egg yolk, then fold in whipped cream and brandy.
Chill thoroughly.
Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
