Jam Or Jelly Sauce
|Jam/Jelly||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Any Kind)|
|Cold water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Teaspoon|
Heat jam or jelly in a small, heavy saucepan over moderately low heat.
Mix cornstarch and water, blend into jam, and heat and stir until mixture boils.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring now and then, 2-3 minutes.
Off heat, mix in lemon juice.
Serve warm over pudding.
