|Green onions||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Butter||2 Teaspoon (For Sauteeing)|
|Catsup||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Celery salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried|
|Onion salt||1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried|
|Chili powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon, dried|
|Dried mixed herbs||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
1.Chop onion and garlic small.
2.In a pan, heat butter and add chopped onion and garlic.
3.Saute well until brown.
4.In a bowl, put catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, garlic salt, onion salt, chili powder, dry mustard and dried hebs.
5.Mix well and put onion and garlic mixture in the bowl.
6.Use the sauce for marinating steak before grilling.
