Shrimp Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tarragon vinegar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Horseradish mustard 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Catsup 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
Directions

MAKING
1) Use a screw-top jar, to place all the ingredients.
2) Cover the lid and shake well to mix.
3) Place the jar inside refrigerator to chill for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.

SERVING
4) Serve the sauce with any seafood platter.
