|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1) In a small saucepan, melt butter and blend in the flour as well as the chicken broth and milk.
2) Until thickened, cook and constantly stir over medium flame.
3) Season sauce with salt and pepper.
4) Serve alongside crepes.
