Raw Vegetables With Hot Garlic Sauce
|Unsalted butter||3⁄8 Cup (6 tbs)|
|Olive oil||5 Tablespoon|
|Anchovies in oil||2 Ounce, chopped (1 Small Can)|
|Garlic||6 Clove (30 gm), finely chopped|
|Celery stalks||4 , cut into 2 inch lengths|
|Red pepper||1 , pith and seeds removed, cut into thin strips|
|Green pepper||1 , pith and seeds removed, cut into thin strips|
|Carrots||4 Small, peeled and cut into sticks|
|White cabbage||1⁄4 Small, cut into fairly wide strips|
1) In a saucepan, pour olive oil and add butter, garlic and anchovies (with oil).
2) Now, gently cook the ingredients for 15 minutes with constant stirring.
3) Empty into a fondue pot, heatproof dish or chafing dish placed over a plate warmer.
4) Serve complemented with raw vegetables.
