Porterhouse Steak Sauce

Ingredients
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Monosodium glutamate 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1.In a bowl, mix olive oil with vinegar, garlic salt, paprika and monosodium glucamate.
2.Apply the mixture on steaks 30 minutes prior to grilling.

SERVING
3.Serve the steaks with sauce hot with dips.
