Chicken and Sauce

Ingredients
  Chicken 1 , disjointed
  Fat 1 Teaspoon
  Chili sauce 12 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Bell pepper 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Pepper sauce 1 Dash
  Prepared mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Minced gingerroot To Taste
  Canned mushrooms 8 Ounce, chopped (1 Small Can)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

MAKING
2) In a skilled, fry the disjointed chicken in a small amount of fat till it is browned. Place chicken in baking dish.
3) Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix well and pour over the chicken.
4) Bake in over for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

SERVING
5) Serve hot.
