This sauce andalouse has the magic of tomato ketchup in thick mayonnaise base! It is so tempting to go with the delicious fries and baked dishes.
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato 1
  Tomato ketchup 4 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
  Cold water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggless mayonnaise 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1 Small
  Mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon

Mix tomato ketchup with cold water and
bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Simmer for 5 minutes, then cool. Stir into
mayonnaise and add lemon juice,
mustard, paprika and pepper. Slice the
green pepper and cook in oil until tender.
Peel, dice the tomato and add with the
green pepper to the sauce, blending well.
