Mint Sauce

This classic mint sauce is great to go with succulent vegan roasts. Quick and simple, this mint sauce is a good stuff for your stuffed tummy!
Ingredients
  Mint 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a small jug, take mint.
2. Pour boiling water over it.
3. Add honey and lemon juice. Stir till it blends well.

SERVING
4. Serve Mint Sauce with toast or bread or add to lamb preparations.
