This Cucumber Sauce is a quick and simple dish to liven up any vegetable dish. Add seasonings and serve the Cucumber Sauce hot or cold with a variety of dishes.

  Cucumber 1 Large
  Hot bechamel sauce 1 Pint
Directions

MAKING
1. Cook cucumber. Sieve.
2. Add it to hot béchamel sauce.

SERVING
3. Serve Cucumber Sauce with poached salmon or salmon loaf.
