QUICK CHEESE SAUCE
This Quick Cheese Sauce enhances the taste of baked and boiled vegetable dishes. This Quick Cheese Sauce is also easy to make and leaves no mess or spills.
|Evaporated milk tin||1 Large|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. In a saucepan, take milk, salt and mustard. Heat it over a low heat to just below boiling point.
2. Add cheese and stir it over a very low flame till the cheese melts.
3. Quick Cheese Sauce is best served with pasta.
