Foo Yung Sauce

Ingredients
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) In a small saucepan, add cornstarch and sugar to combine.
2) In another bowl, combine the other ingredients.
3) Slowly pour in the liquid mixture to cornstarch mixture by continuous stirring.

MAKING
4) Place the saucepan over medium heat.
5) Stir frequently, until the liquid becomes thick and bubbly.
Reduce heat to low and allow simmering for a minute.

SERVING
6) Use the sauce to cook related cuisines.
