Ingredients
  Tofu sauce/Tamari 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice/Dry sherry 1 Teaspoon
  Roasted sesame oil 1 Tablespoon
  Barbecue sauce/Chinese bean / peanut sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Teaspoon
  Hot curry paste/1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY 1) In a small dish, mix all the sauce ingredients and keep aside. MAKING 2) In a wok, heat the 3 tablespoons of oil. 3) Stir fry the cooked noodles until completely coated with oil and become warm. FINALIZING 4) Mix sauce and sauteed vegetables with the noodles. 5) Toss them well. SERVING 6) In a large platter, serve hot.
