Sweet Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Orange juice/Pineapple juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Arrowroot flour 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Use a fresh lemon for grating the lemon rind. Set it aside.

MAKING
2) In a bowl, pour in orange juice and whisk by adding arrowroot.
3) Heat up this liquid over low flame.
4) Gradually pour in lemon juice and honey. Continue stirring until the liquid gets thick.

FINALIZING
5) Remove from heat, and garnish with lemon rind.

SERVING
6) Serve as a topping on ginger cake.
