|Mustard powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
1) In a cup, place butter.
2) Microwave at HIGH for 20 seconds to melt the butter.
3) Combine flour, mustard, salt, pepper and nutmeg with the butter.
4) Gradually pour in milk and stir.
5) Microwave for another 2 minutes by stirring every minute.
6) Add cheese and keep on stirring to melt the cheese.
7) Sprinkle additional nutmeg powder for extra flavor, before serving.
