Orange Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Orange juice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Orange rind 1 Tablespoon, grated
  Lemon rind 1 Teaspoon
  Sliced mushrooms 1 Ounce, can
  Cornstarch 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Add onions to pan drippings from the roasted fowl or butter and sauté till tender.
2. Add citrus rind and juices and allow to boil.
3. Prepare a cornstarch paste by mixing cornstarch with ginger, salt and mushroom liquid.
4. Mix with sauce and stirring, cook till sauce turns thick and smooth. Add the mushroom.

SERVING
5. Serve with chicken, goose or duck.
