French Mayonnaise Sauce

Mayonnaise sauce is a base sauce for many sauces and dips. Chef Hendrik Cornelissen shows the French version of mayonnaise. The recipe to make mayonnaise sauce is very simple. This sauce is commonly used in sandwiches, as a dip and a base for a number of sauces like fry sauce, maire rose sauce, ranch dressing, and tartar sauce.
Ingredients
  Egg yolks 3
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon (Of 1/2 Lemon)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Crack eggs and keep the yolk.
2. Add mustard and stir it.
3. Add salt, cayenne pepper and mix.
4. Add sugar, oil and whip it until the mixture emulsifies.
5. Squeeze lemon juice and whip again.
6. Mayonnaise is ready.
