Cheese Sauce Made With Evaporated Milk

Ingredients
  Evaporated milk 5 Ounce (1 Small Can)
  Pepper To Taste
  Processed cheese 6 Ounce, grated
  Made mustard 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Little Required)
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Put all the ingredients into a saucepan, top of a double saucepan or basin over hot water.
Heat gently, stirring, until cheese dissolves, then cook until thick.
Serve at once.
Delicious with vegetable dishes.
