Cheese Sauce Made With Evaporated Milk
|Evaporated milk||5 Ounce (1 Small Can)|
|Processed cheese||6 Ounce, grated|
|Made mustard||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (Little Required)|
Put all the ingredients into a saucepan, top of a double saucepan or basin over hot water.
Heat gently, stirring, until cheese dissolves, then cook until thick.
Serve at once.
Delicious with vegetable dishes.
