Fish Steaks In Wine Sauce
|Condensed tomato soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Red wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pimiento cheese spread||4 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Minced onion||1 Teaspoon|
1. Heat oven to 375° F.
2. Arrange fish steaks in a shallow baking dish.
3. Combine soup, wine and cheese in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese melts. Stir in parsley and onion.
4. Pour over steaks in baking dish.
5. Bake about 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
