Fat Free White Sauce
|Skim milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), dissolved in 1/4 cup water|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Dissolving The Flour)|
|Lemon juice||1 Dash|
|White pepper||To Taste|
In medium saucepan combine milk and flour.
Heat, stirring constantly until sauce is thickened.
Season with remaining ingredients.
