Cherry Sauce

Ingredients
  Cherry juice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Potato flour/Cornstarch 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned pitted tart red cherries 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Stir cherry juice into a mixture of sugar, salt, and potato flour.
Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add cherries, butter, and lemon juice.
Serve hot.
