Chicken Saute with Peanut Sauce
|Chicken||1 1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Onion||1 Small, minced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Peanut butter||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||3 Teaspoon|
|Soy sauce||3 Teaspoon|
|Cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
For peanut sauce, melt butter in a pan, add onion and garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in peanut butter, lemon juice and soy sauce until blended and heated.
Remove pan from heat and cool.
At serving, fold in cream until smooth and pour into a shallow dish.
Thread diced chicken pieces onto bamboo saute sticks and cook over hot coals for 3-4 minutes, until tender, turning frequently.
Dip in peanut sauce.
