Pork Croquettes With Spinach Sauce

Ingredients
  Pork minced 500 Gram
  Butter 15 Gram
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Frozen spinach 250 Gram (1 Packet)
  Egg 1
  Breadcrumb 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (From Packaged)
For spinach sauce
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Plain flour 1 Tablespoon
  Chicken stock 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Combine pork mince, soft butter, cream, garlic and half the thawed drained spinach; mix well, refrigerate 30 minutes.
Shape mixture into 6 sausage shapes with floured hands, dip in beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.
Barbecue gently on oiled plate, turning constantly until cooked through and golden brown, serve with Spinach Sauce.
Spinach Sauce: Saute onion in butter, add flour, stir until lightly browned, gradually stir in stock and remaining thawed drained spinach; stir until sauce boils and thickens, add cream.
