Pork Croquettes With Spinach Sauce
|Pork minced||500 Gram|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Frozen spinach||250 Gram (1 Packet)|
|Breadcrumb||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (From Packaged)|
|For spinach sauce|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Plain flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Chicken stock||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Combine pork mince, soft butter, cream, garlic and half the thawed drained spinach; mix well, refrigerate 30 minutes.
Shape mixture into 6 sausage shapes with floured hands, dip in beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.
Barbecue gently on oiled plate, turning constantly until cooked through and golden brown, serve with Spinach Sauce.
Spinach Sauce: Saute onion in butter, add flour, stir until lightly browned, gradually stir in stock and remaining thawed drained spinach; stir until sauce boils and thickens, add cream.
