Supremes With Cream Sauce

Ingredients
  Ham slice 4
  Chicken breasts 4 , boned and cooked
For the sauce
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Flour 1 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint
  White wine 1 Tablespoon
  Single cream/Top of the milk 2 Tablespoon
  Frozen broccoli 9 Ounce (1 Package)
  Mushrooms 2 Ounce, sliced
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Wrap each slice ham round a breast of chicken and place in a heatproof serving dish.
Melt butter, stir in flour.
Stir in milk; bring to the boil and simmer for 3 min, stirring all the time.
Add salt and pepper, stir in wine and cream.
Coat ham and chicken with the sauce and heat through in oven for 15 min.
Cook broccoli in boiling, salted water until tender.
Fry mushrooms until tender.
Arrange broccoli round edge of dish and mushrooms over the top.
