Sweet And Sour Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Red pepper 1 , chopped
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato paste 1 Tablespoon (Or Puree)
  Cornflour 2 Tablespoon
  Cider vinegar 4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 125 Milliliter)
  Chicken stock/Water 4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 125 Milliliter)
  Canned pineapple pieces 14 Ounce, drained (440 Gram)
Directions

1. Heat oil in a saucepan and cook onion and red pepper for 4-5 minutes or until soft. Place soy sauce, honey, tomato paste (puree), cornflour and vinegar in a bowl and mix to combine.
2. Stir cornflour mixture into vegetables, then stir in stock or water. Cook, stirring, over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until sauce boils and thickens. Stir in pineapple pieces and cook for 2-3 minutes longer.
