Fish In Spicy Red Sauce

Ingredients
  Coarsely chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned whole tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can, Cut Up)
  Fish fillets 3⁄4 Pound, cut into pieces (3/4 Inch Thick)
Directions

Combine celery, onion, green pepper and butter in 2-quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave at High for 3 to 5 minutes, or until vegetables are tender-crisp, stirring once.
Stir in flour, oregano, salt, chili powder and pepper.
Blend in tomato sauce.
Stir in tomatoes and fish pieces.
Re-cover.
