|Onion||1 , finely chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Red chile sauce||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
1 Brown the beef in the fat over medium heat. As meat starts to brown, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
