Meat Sauce

Ingredients
  Beef stewing meat 1 Pound, cut into tiny cubes
  Fat 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Red chile sauce 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

1 Brown the beef in the fat over medium heat. As meat starts to brown, add onion and garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.
2 Add the red chile sauce and salt, and simmer until flavors blend, 1 to 2 hours.
