Fresh Orange Sauce

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated orange rind 1
Directions

Beat egg yolks until thick, then beat in sugar gradually.
Add orange juice and rind and cook slowly until slightly thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve hot.
