Chicken Fillets In Ginger Lime Sauce
|Chicken breast fillets||6|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
|For ginger lime sauce|
|Brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lime juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green ginger||3 Teaspoon, grated|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
Pound chicken lightly with mallet, season both sides with pepper.
Barbecue until tender, basting frequently with Ginger Lime Sauce.
Serve remaining Sauce separately.
Ginger Lime Sauce: Combine all ingredients, stir over heat without boiling until sugar is dissolved, bring Sauce to the boil.
