|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), minced|
|Minced clams||13 Ounce|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In 1-qt casserole place oil, garlic and salt.
Microwave at High (10) 3 minutes, until softened.
Drain clams, reserving juice.
Stir together water and cornstarch.
Add to garlic along with clam juice and parsley.
Microwave at High (10) 3 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until thickened.
Stir in clams.
Microwave at High (10) 1 to 2 Minutes, until hot.
