Broccoli and Cauliflower with Mustard Sauce
|Broccoli flowerets||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Cauliflowerets||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Fresh)|
|Skim milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Onion powder||1 Dash|
Combine broccoli and cauliflower in baking dish.
Microwave at High 8 to 11 minutes, or until tender, stirring once.
Drain; set aside.
In medium bowl blend remaining ingredients with wire whip.
Microwave at High 2 to 3 minutes, or until thickened, stirring every minute.
Pour over vegetables.
Toss to coat.
