Quick Sauce For Shrimp

Ingredients
  Oil 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
  Snipped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Shallot 2 Tablespoon, minced
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend thoroughly until smooth.
